Commissioned Research
We take on independent, first-principles research and science and engineering due diligence on request. The work is done by the same laboratory, to the same standard, as the research we publish.
Our team of scientists and engineers works with our own agentic architecture, which accelerates the research while improving its epistemic clarity. At the center of this biologically inspired Agency is a cognitive fabric based on our Truth Agent. Long story short: 90% of the preparatory work is done by our agents, which allows 90% of our people’s time to be spent on understanding and reflection.
How it works

The agents
Our agents inherit their epistemics from a single base class, the Truth Agent.

The claims
They collect every claim a company or technology makes about itself, and every claim others make about it.

The knowledge graph
They run 24/7 and consolidate all of those claims into one knowledge graph. The graph uses Toulmin’s theory of argumentation to build consensus, and consolidates through our truth manifold.

The analytics
All epistemics are recorded over time under an epistemic chain of custody. From that record we run calculus on the temporal epistemics: velocity, acceleration and jerk, to name a few.
